For the next few weeks, my floor is focusing on health and exercise. If you know me well, you would realize that A.) I am a food addict and B.) I love ice cream. My goal is to lose about 20 pounds, so in an attempt to do so, I have been scanning the internet for healthy food substitutes. Trust me, this stuff is just as good as real ice cream but with a lot less calories. Try it out!
Ingredients:
- Frozen Bananas
- Nutella (or PB as an alternative)
Optional:
- Chocolate chips, Strawberries, banana slices, nuts, or anything else you want to add to your ice cream

1. Freeze Bananas |

2. Slice Bananas |

3. Remove peel from Banana slices |

4. Place Banana slices and a dollop of Nutella/PB into blender and blend |

5. Add optional ingredient of your choice and mix with spoon |
